构造可实现需求的灵活适应。通过采用不同的行程、驱动器和测量系统,产品可同样适用于技术复杂、临界成本应用。XY组件也可实现

PIMag®磁力直接驱动

三相磁性直接驱动器在动力传动系统中未使用机械零件,其可直接将驱动力传输至运动平台,且无摩擦。驱动器可实现高速度和高加速度。

无铁芯电机非常适合对精度有超高要求的定位任务,因为其不会与永久性磁铁发生不良作用。这样即使在最低的速度下也能保持平稳的运行,同时,在高速状态下也不会产生振动。避免了控制的非线性行为并且每个位置都很容易控制。驱动力可任意设定。

力和加速度需要在有限安装空间内实现时,使用铁芯电机。铁芯设计使磁力最大化,确保驱动器的高热稳定性。

交叉滚子轴承

利用交叉滚柱轴承,滚珠轴承中的滚珠的接触点被淬火滚柱的线接触取代。因此,它们的刚度明显提高,需要的预载更小,这减少了摩擦并实现了更平滑的运行。交叉滚柱轴承的另一个特征是高导向精度和负载能力。力导向滚动体保持架防止线性导向蠕变。

直接位置测量

以极高的精度直接在运动平台上进行位置测量,因此非线性效应、机械作用或弹性形变不会对位置测量造成影响。
